Every great journey begins with a dream. For Enso Bali, it all started with a simple yet powerful vision: to merge European quality with Balinese charm, and to create not just properties, but meaningful experiences.

When we first set foot on Bali, we were captivated by the island’s untouched beauty, vibrant culture, and the deep sense of balance that defines its lifestyle. We saw an opportunity: to build homes, villas, and hospitality spaces that would honor the local heritage while meeting the expectations of international investors and travelers.

Enso Bali was born out of this vision — to deliver turnkey properties that are more than buildings; they are sanctuaries of comfort, design, and profitability. Our mission was clear: make property investment in Bali seamless, transparent, and rewarding for those who share our passion for this paradise.

The Timeline of a Dream

• Summer 2024 – The Search Begins
  Long days were spent discovering Bali’s landscapes, looking for the right land that could carry our vision. It was during this period that we found Nyanyi and Kedungu, where rice fields meet the ocean and tranquility meets accessibility.

• Fall 2024 – Building the Team & Measuring the Land
  Beyond land, we needed the right people. Architects, engineers, legal advisors, local partners — a team was formed, one step at a time, united by the same dream. By this stage, the first villa plots were measured and carefully planned.

• September 2024 – First Groundbreakings
  With designs in hand and permits underway, the first symbolic shovels hit the ground. What had been an idea now had its first marks in the soil of Bali.

Carefully prepared land, fully surveyed and leveled, ready for construction.

• January 2025 – Laying the Foundations
  The very first villa foundations were poured, marking the tangible birth of Enso Bali. Concrete, stone, and craftsmanship began to rise where once there was only vision.
  

  From then on, the story wrote itself. Each step brought us closer to creating not just properties, but communities, sanctuaries, and investments of lasting value. And the rest, as they say… is history.
